If a fall is detected or a senior is in need of assistance, our system alerts the appropriate contacts immediately. Halo does not store or use personal data for any purpose outside the needs of the patient.

If there is a missed check-in, the app will automatically notify the primary caretaker for the patient. Caretakers can also be notified if there are compliance issues with medication or other reminders.
